Delivery:
Australia wide delivery is available to most places with a delivery estimate calculated at checkout. Additional delivery charges may apply to some areas due to location (remote/rural) and service availability. Delivery is via 3rd party couriers, to your front door or ground floor, Mon to Fri during business hours. All deliveries will be authorised to leave unattended unless otherwise specified. The courier cannot call prior to delivery. If you have selected shipping to your nearest TNT depot, you are responsible for tracking your order and collecting it within 5 days of it arriving at the depot. Generally TNT depots are only open Mon to Fri and it is your responsibility to confirm opening hours and days for collection at your chosen depot. A list of TNT depots along with their opening hours can be found here. Courier depots are not warehouse facilities, if you do not collect your order within 5 days of it arriving your chaise may be returned to us and you will be liable for addtional re-delivery charges inlcuding the return charges. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery to your door once stock leaves our warehouse. Delivery not available to PO Box’s. Tantra Chaise size is 169cm L x 45cm W x 69cm H and weighs 26kg.
Warranty:
We offer a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty on our products which covers manufacturing faults only. This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, damage caused from misuse, or change of mind. All warranty claims will be handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law guarantee.
Returns:
Please check your product thoroughly after opening and before use, because due to hygiene, health and safety issues we cannot accept returns for anything other than manufacturing faults. We only accept returns upto 30 days after receiving your item.
